Ginger & Spice


Happy New Year. This Chai Gingerbread Smoothie is a delicious way to warm the soul as a rather cold & wintry 2014 begins. Enjoy!


  • 1 cup warm brewed chai tea
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 2 tsp fresh ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup organic vanilla almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp organic almond butter
  • 1/2 banana or more
  • raw honey to taste


Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve with a dash of cinnamon. Drink before it cools for optimal digestion & warmth.
